Ben Middleton

Customer Care & Marketing Executive

I joined the TWC team at the end of September 2025 in a Customer Care & Marketing Executive role. I really like being part of TWC Facilities! It’s a brilliant family business with an amazing team who are passionate, loyal and always focused on providing top-notch service to our customers.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends. My wife and I have a miniature dachshund, so we often take her for walks through the stunning North Yorkshire countryside. I also enjoy reading, listening to music, and—when I get the chance—playing the guitar.

Cara Haydock

Operations Manager

I’ve been with TWC a number of years, in different roles along the way. I’m now Operations Manager and really enjoy the variety the role brings, no two days are the same. From visiting customers to supporting the day to day running of our depots across the business.

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and from time to time the odd social drink with friends. I like to keep busy… and our two spaniels make sure of that 😊Music is a big part of my life too, both my husband and I enjoy getting out to different gigs/festivals, whether it be country, indie, ska or rock & roll.

Carol Longmire

Office Administrator

I’m one of the newer faces at TWC Facilities, having joined at the end of 2024.

My role involves handling the day-to-day admin, making sure everything runs smoothly and keeping both our drivers and customers happy. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, having a pint or two! and exploring the stunning North Yorkshire countryside.

Chantelle Ogden

I’ve been part of the TWC family since 2018—well, apart from that brief moment when I thought I’d try something different and left for a short time… but clearly, I couldn’t stay away! I cover the whole of the Yorkshire area, which means plenty of time out and about meeting new people. No two days are ever the same, and that’s exactly why I love what I do.

When I’m not out and about for work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family (or being bossed around by my two young children).

I’ve been working in pest control for over a decade, building up a strong knowledge of the industry and a real passion for what I do. I take pride in delivering a reliable, professional service and helping customers feel confident that their premises are protected.

No two days are ever the same in pest control, which is something I really enjoy. Whether it’s prevention, treatment, or advice, I’m always focused on finding the best solution for each customer.

I enjoy being part of the TWC Facilities team it’s a great family-run business with a strong focus on quality service and looking after customers.

Outside of work, I enjoy attending music events and spending time with my wife and daughter.

David Bond

Customer Care Manager

I joined TWC Facilities in 2013 having previously worked for two washroom companies, so I have been in the industry since 1998.

It’s been incredible to watch TWC Facilities grow into the business it is today. Working for a small family company feels more rewarding, you’re not just a number but a valuable member of a great team that has achieved a lot of success over the years. I first started out in sales but have more recently taken on a new role in customer care.

When not working I enjoy playing golf with lots of annual golf trips with my mates! I also enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my wife Sarah, family and friends.

Emma Grant

Service Operative

I have worked for TWC Facilities for a year as a Service Driver. I moved up to the North-East from the Midlands last year and love living and working in the area.

I enjoy travelling to lots of different places from Morpeth to Durham and lots more in between serving schools, warehouses, estate agents and many more. I love working for TWC Facilities as they are a small family run business with friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Although I work alone, remotely I don’t feel isolated as my customers are very friendly and there is always someone available a phone call away when needed.

I absolutely love the amazing countryside in Stanley and surrounding area with the North Pennines AONB just 20 minutes in the car, the coast 40 minutes, Lake District under 2 hours and Scotland 2 hours drive. I visit these places regularly with my dogs. Life is great up north!!

Gina Gillingham

I have been with TWC Facilities just over 10 years. Love the good family community. All staff are friendly and work as a team.

In my spare time in the summer months, you will find me throwing quoits on a Wednesday evening for my local team and most weekends in my motorhome spending quality time with family and friends.

Hannah Maude

Finance & Compliance Assistant

I recently joined TWC as a Finance & Compliance Assistant and I’m loving being part of the team. I’ve always enjoyed working in finance and since starting I’ve been learning so much every day. The role is challenging in the best way, and I really value the support, collaboration and positive culture across the business.

On a personal note, I’ve recently returned from living and working in Australia, as well as travelling around Asia, which was an amazing experience. In my spare time, I love to keep travelling when I can and enjoy getting outdoors for a good hike. I’m really excited to continue growing my career at TWC and to be part of such a great team.

Jenny Tummon

Driver Supervisor

I began at TWC Facilities as a Service Operative, but these days, I manage a team of drivers, cover runs, and handle installs—basically, I’m always on the go and up at the crack of dawn every day, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

When not working I enjoy nothing more than quality family time, gin, Anastasia concerts and days out exploring the countryside.

Jo Harrison

I was one of the very first members of TWC team after Director Martin persuaded me to come and work for him! and I’ve never looked back! My role involves covering staff holidays, which I love because every day is different. I enjoy the variety that comes with working across different locations and meeting great customers.

In my spare time, I like nothing more than spending time with my family and friends and walking my two beloved dogs, Ronnie and Reggie.

Jon Hinchliffe

Finance Manager

I joined TWC in Nov 2025 . I’m hoping my 30 years of experience in management accounting can assist in the TWC journey as we look to expand our portfolio of companies.

From day 1, I’ve been made to feel welcome, and I’m delighted to have the opportunity to work with a business that values it’s staff.

Outside of work, I’m a Trustee of the Dean Fox MND Foundation, whose objective is to offer support, not just financial, to those who unfortunately have this horrendous disease and their families in our local area.

I can often be found on the golf course or spending quality time with family and friends.

Karin Zieger

I’ve been with TWC since 2013, and I’m proudly known as the quirky member of the team! I enjoy my job and have built fantastic relationships with all my customers—many of whom I’ve known for years now. While I absolutely love the TWC family, I do my best to avoid heading to Head Office unless it’s absolutely necessary. One of the times I made the trip was for my 10-year service celebration, and all office staff thought it would be funny to get the flags out!

When I’m not working, I like nothing more than to read! I read anything and everything especially a good autobiography. I’m a fan of a good ‘wind-up’ and have a bit of a love of chainsaws!

Maria Szatylowicz

I’m Maria, but my family calls me Magda (it’s my middle name). I’m originally from Poland, but I’ve been living in the UK for the past 13 years—and I don’t plan on going back anytime soon!

Family is everything to me. I also have a dog named Morfina, who’s basically my little baby. I’m a huge fan of Italian pizza and gelato; they’re my ultimate guilty pleasures. I also love volleyball and even played on school teams back in the day.

Rachel and I founded TWC Facilities Ltd in June 2009, and since then, we have grown this family-run business from a single van and one customer into the successful company it is today, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service all thanks to our amazing team.

Recently, as a company we celebrated 15 years in business, a testament to its success and growth. Our hands-on approach has been essential in maintaining the personal touch that makes TWC Facilities the region’s most trusted washroom provider.

In my spare time, I try to keep fit running, swimming, and playing tennis, but most of all I enjoy spending time with my family.

Nicola Hutchison

Customer Services Manager

I joined TWC Facilities as an Office Administrator, but now I have the fantastic job of managing new contracts and keeping our amazing customers happy.

I’m a total gym bunny and can be found at the gym at ridiculous o’clock every day, all in the name of CrossFit competitions (and yes, I chose this life willingly). When I’m not lifting weights or signing contracts, I’m usually walking the dog, sipping prosecco, or enjoying time with family and friends!

I joined TWC in 2018 as a Service Operative covering the North East area. I feel lucky to be part of the TWC team and enjoy the work I do. The thing that I like most about my job is that each day is different, and I get to travel to some great places.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors walking my much-beloved dog Cooper. I also love spending time with family, friends and travelling.

Nigel joined TWC Facilities in 2020 when Crest Hygiene Services was purchased, but he has been working in washroom services since 2016

I value the close-knit bonds with family and friends, often meeting up for lively conversations, laughter and good times. I enjoy gardening, music, cooking and early morning walks with Enzo the cocker spaniel.

Marketing & Events Coordinator / PA to Director

I joined TWC Facilities as an “Office Administrator” but now I get to juggle Marketing & Events Coordination while also assisting the Director.

I love my job because no two days are the same—there’s always something new to plan, organise, or rescue last-minute! TWC Facilities is a fantastic family business to work for, with an amazing team who are not only loyal but truly care about giving our customers the best possible service. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, watching comedians for a good laugh, dancing at concerts, or squeezing in some running and a bit of wild swimming!

Simon May

Service Operative

I joined the company in 2013 after suffering life changing injuries in a motorbike accident. I love my job because it suits my injuries.

Outside work I enjoy going for long walks in the Yorkshire Dales with my partner Lisa and dog Karma.

I love most forms of motorsports especially watching British Superbike and World Superbike championships.

I have an interest in old buildings and local history. I find York fascinating and never get bored of working around there.

I enjoy holidays in Scotland especially the tranquillity of the remote highlands spending quality time with my partner and my much-loved dog.

I love going out for Sunday lunch in traditional Dales pubs and enjoy trying a few craft ales when I can get out of driving duties!

I enjoy a good book and need to read for an hour before I can sleep.

Tasha Holmes

Since my time at TWC Facilities, I think that our customers are the heart and soul of the business. We are an amazing team that work well together to ensure good quality standards.

When I am not at work, I enjoy family time go-karting, playing darts and dog walks with my two cocker spaniels Winnie & Honey. I also love supporting my daughter at cheerleading competitions, which involves multiple trips across the UK!

Tracy O Hare

Tracy joined TWC in 2018 when Crest Hygiene Services was purchased, but she has been working in washroom services since 2011.

I enjoy working for TWC Facilities because everyone is nice and friendly, I also enjoy credit control, it is satisfying when the money comes in!

In my spare time I enjoy, spending time with my family, going to concerts, music and playing the guitar.

I joined TWC Facilities in 2013 after making the move from my hometown in Lancashire to the beautiful landscapes of Yorkshire. Over the years, I have grown with the business and firmly believe that the heart of TWC’s success lies in its people. For me, it’s the happy, supportive team that makes TWC Facilities truly stand out, both in how they look after each other and our customers.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. A glass of wine, good music and a game of dominoes is a perfect evening. You might also find me exploring the outdoors through walking and camping or enjoying a leisurely meal at my favourite Italian.
