Sarah from TWC Facilities recently visited Thirsk based Community Works to drop off money raised from our recent staff hamper raffle, which was won by Jon our new Finance Manager.
It was a pleasure to hand over the donation to Ellie from Community Works. It’s great to support the amazing work they do for our local community, helping people that need them including:
- Working with people whose mental health can be poor.
- Their Food Bank helps to feed hungry individuals and families.
- Their key worker team work with people and help them through more challenging times.
- Their shop helps save the planet and provides amazing furniture at very low prices.
- Their projects work with older people, vulnerable women, those living with dementia and others.
